Spring Rolls

Crunchy Filipino lumpiang gulay with mixed vegetables, fried golden.

Ingredients

  • 2.4 pieces Lumpia Wrappers
  • 0.1 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 0.1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 0.05 cup Sweet Potato julienned
  • 0.3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.2 cups Cooking Oil
  • 0.1 tbsp Fish Sauce

Instructions

  1. Saute garlic, carrots, sweet potato 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts, fish sauce 1 minute. Cool.

  2. Place filling on wrapper, fold and roll tightly. Seal edge with beaten egg.

  3. Deep fry at 350F until golden and crispy. Serve with sweet-and-sour sauce.
