Spring Rolls
Crunchy Filipino lumpiang gulay with mixed vegetables, fried golden.
Instructions
Saute garlic, carrots, sweet potato 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts, fish sauce 1 minute. Cool.
Place filling on wrapper, fold and roll tightly. Seal edge with beaten egg.
Deep fry at 350F until golden and crispy. Serve with sweet-and-sour sauce.
