Colorful layered steamed cake with rice flour, ube, and pandan.

Ingredients

  • 0.17 cups Rice Flour
  • 0.17 cups Coconut Milk
  • 0.17 large Eggs
  • 0.06 cup Muscovado Sugar
  • 0.04 cup Ube Halaya
  • 0.08 tsp Pandan Extract

Instructions

  1. Mix rice flour, coconut milk, eggs, sugar into smooth batter. Divide into three.

  2. Add ube to second portion, pandan to third.

  3. Steam plain layer 15 min, ube layer 12 min, pandan layer 12 min.

  4. Cool. Cut into diamons or squares.
