Leche Flan
Silky smooth Filipino caramel custard made rich with egg yolks. The king of Filipino desserts.
Instructions
Melt brown sugar without stirring until golden. Pour into bottom of baking dish.
Blend egg yolks, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla.
Strain for silkeness. Pour over caramel layer.
Bake in water bath at 325F for 60 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate overnight before unmolding.
