Halo-Halo

The iconic Filipino shaved ice dessert with beans, jellies, fruits, and leche flan.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Shaved Ice
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 4 tbsp Ube Halaya
  • 4 pieces Leche Flan
  • 0.5 cup Sweetened Beans
  • 4 tbsp Jackfruit
  • 4 tbsp Nata de Coco
  • 2 sliced Banana

Instructions

  1. Layer sweetened beans and nata de coco at the bottom of tall glasses.

  2. Add ube halaya and leche flan pieces on each side.

  3. Pile shaved ice high above the rim. Arrange banana slices.

  4. Drizzle with leche condensed milk and evaporated milk.

  5. Top with ice cream and toasted coconut. Serve with a long spoon.
