Flan Napoleon

Layers of leche flan and vanilla cake alternating, a celebration dessert.

⏱ Prep: 40 min ⏱ Cook: 60 min Hard

Ingredients

  • 3.33 pieces Egg Yolks
  • 0.33 can Condensed Milk
  • 0.33 can Evaporated Milk
  • 0.33 box Vanilla Cake mix
  • 0.33 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 0.33 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Make leche flan custard. Bake in water bath at 325F for 50 min. Cool.

  2. Bake vanilla cake according to box. Cool and trim layers.

  3. Layer: flan, cake, caramel, repeat 3 times.

  4. Refrigerate 6 hours. Slice with a hot knife.
