Chocnutty Pandesal

Soft pandesal bread studded with chocolate chips and peanuts. Perfect breakfast with coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1.75 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.58 packet Active Dry Yeast
  • 1.17 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.58 cup Milk warm
  • 1.17 large Eggs
  • 0.15 cup Butter melted
  • 0.29 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 0.15 cup Peanuts chopped
  • 0.29 cup Sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar. Add milk, eggs, butter. Knead 10 minutes.

  2. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped peanuts. Rest 1 hour until doubled.

  3. Shape into small rounds. Dip in egg wash, roll in sugar. Rest 30 minutes.

  4. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
