Chocnutty Pandesal
Soft pandesal bread studded with chocolate chips and peanuts. Perfect breakfast with coffee.
Instructions
Mix flour, yeast, sugar. Add milk, eggs, butter. Knead 10 minutes.
Fold in chocolate chips and chopped peanuts. Rest 1 hour until doubled.
Shape into small rounds. Dip in egg wash, roll in sugar. Rest 30 minutes.
Bake at 375F for 15 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
