Buco Pie
Creamy young coconut pie in a flaky butter crust. A Cebuano bakery favorite.
Instructions
Blind bake pie crusts at 375F for 12 minutes.
Saute diced coconut with butter and sugar 3 minutes.
Whisk coconut cream, eggs, cornstarch into custard. Pour into crust.
Cover with top crust. Bake 25 minutes until golden. Cool and refrigerate.
