Iloko's hearty noodle soup with pork, liver, and shrimp broth. Rich, savory, and loaded with vegetables and herbs.
Instructions
Simmer pork bones in water for 2 hours to make broth. Add shrimp for the last 30 minutes.
Cook banilla noodles in separate pot. Drain.
Sear the pork neck and liver briefly. Set aside.
Assemble: noodles in bowl, ladle hot broth. Top with pork, liver, papaya, carrots, onions, peanuts, and chili oil.
