Unripe jackfruit with dried fish cooked in coconut milk.
Instructions
Heat oil in a large wok.
Sauté onion and garlic.
Add the dried fish once the onions soften. Cook for 1 minute.
Add unripe jackfruit. Cook while stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add chili peppers and bago leaves. Stir.
Season with 1 tablespoon fish sauce and then pour-in the coconut milk. Let boil.
Add vinegar. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
Add Knorr Shrimp Cube. Continue cooking until the liquid evaporates completely.
Season with ground black pepper and fish sauce as needed.
Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with warm rice.
