Crispy fried mung bean spring rolls from the Visayas.

Ingredients

  • 0.8 cup Mung beans, soaked overnight
  • 1.6 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 0.4 pcs Onion, minced
  • 40 g Shrimp, chopped
  • 0.4 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 0.4 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 12 pcs Spring roll wrappers
  • 0.2 cup Sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook soaked mung beans until soft but not mushy. Mash slightly.

  2. Add garlic, onion and Cook it until they soften and get fragrant.

  3. Wrap in spring roll wrappers.

  4. Deep-fry until it turns golden. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
