Tibok-Tibok
Tibok-Tibok made of fresh carabao's milk and topped with latik is smooth, creamy, and delicious! This milk pudding is a popular Kapampangan delicacy and makes a great snack or dessert.
Instructions
Mix the rice flour, sugar, and coconut milk together in a saucepan. Stir until it's smooth.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Move it to a dish and spread evenly.
Let cool before cutting into serving pieces.
