Arroz a la Valenciana

Filipino one-pot Spanish-style rice with corned beef and hot dogs.

Ingredients

  • 0.67 can Canned corned beef
  • 2.67 pcs Hot dogs, quartered
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 0.67 pcs Carrots, diced
  • 0.17 cup Peas
  • 0.67 pcs Tomatoes, chopped
  • 0.67 pcs Onion, chopped
  • 2 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 2.67 pcs Cheese slices
  • 1.33 tbsp oil
  • 1.33 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic, onion until they soften and smell nice.

  2. Toss in corned beef and hot dogs. Cook 5 minutes.

  3. Add rice, carrots, peas, and water. Simmer covered for 20 minutes.

  4. Top with cheese slices. Let steam for 5 minutes.
