Tapsilog with Bagoong

Tapa breakfast with shrimp paste.

Ingredients

  • 300 g Beef tapa
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 6 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 4 pcs Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Shrimp paste (bagoong)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 pcs Calamansi

Instructions

  1. Cook rice with minced garlic.

  2. Pan-fry beef tapa until crispy.

  3. Fry eggs sunny-side up.

  4. Serve with bagoong, soy sauce, and calamansi.
