Simple Tuna

Ingredients

  • 5 oz cans Tuna, drained
  • 1 medium red onion (sliced)
  • 1.5 cup French's fried onion
  • 1.5 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan.

  2. Saute the onion until it becomes soft.

  3. Put-in the tuna. Cook for 3 minutes in medium heat.

  4. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.

  5. Transfer to a serving plate. top with French fried onions and dried parsley flakes.

  6. Serve. Share and enjoy!
