Sauteed Bok Choy with Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 15 piece medium shrimp (deveined)
  • 3 bunch es baby bok choy
  • 1 piece tomato (diced)
  • 3 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 1 piece onion (chopped)
  • 1.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan.

  2. Saute the garlic, onions, and tomato. Continue cooking until the onions soften.

  3. Put-in the shrimp. Stir. Cook for 1 minute.

  4. Pour-in chicken broth. Let boil.

  5. Add the bok choy. Stir. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

  6. Season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking for 1 minute.

  7. Transfer to a serving bowl.

  8. Serve. Share and enjoy!
