Salmon Sinigang

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb salmon fillet
  • 30 g rams Knorr Sinigang na Isda mix
  • 1 bunch kangkong (leaves removed and stalk cut into small pieces)
  • 10 piece snake beans (cut into 2 inch length)
  • 2 medium tomato (sliced into wedges)
  • 6 piece okra
  • 6 oz Daikon radish (sliced)
  • 1 medium yellow onion (wedged)
  • 4 piece long green peppers
  • 3 tbsp patis
  • 1.25 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1.5 quarts water

Instructions

  1. Pour water in a cooking pot. Let boil.

  2. Add tomato, onion, and Daikon radish. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Add salmon fillet. Cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Add Knorr Sinigang na Isda mix. Stir.

  5. Put the long green peppers into the pot along with the okra,and snake beans. Cover the pot. Cook in medium heat for 2 minutes.

  6. Add kangkong stalks. Season with patis and ground black pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

  7. Add kangkong leaves. Turn the heat off. Cover the pot and let it stay for 5 minutes.

  8. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve!
