Sweet mung bean and jackfruit dessert with coconut and sugar.

Ingredients

  • 0.67 cup Mung beans, soaked
  • 1.33 cup Jackfruit, fresh
  • 0.67 cup Coconut cream
  • 0.33 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 pcs Pandan leaves
  • 0.33 box Graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Boil mung beans with pandan leaves until very soft, about 45 minutes.

  2. In another pot, warm coconut cream with brown sugar.

  3. Combine beans, jackfruit, and coconut mixture.

  4. Serve topped with crushed graham crackers.
