Pinoy Burger Steak

Filipino style steak burger with gravy served with rice

Ingredients

  • 6 patties CDO Ulam Burger
  • 3 tbsp toasted garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3.25 cup button mushroom
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 beef bouillon
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.75 cup water
  • 0 Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the CDO Ulam Burger Patties until both sides are completely cooked. Set aside.

  2. Make the mushroom gravy by melting the butter in a saucepan. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 1 minute. Add flour and stir until the texture becomes lumpy. Pour water. Stir until the gravy smoothens. Add beef bouillon and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and ground black pepper.

  3. Arrange 3 burger patties on each plate with 1 cup cooked rice. Top with mushroom gravy and garnish with toasted garlic and chopped parsley. Serve. Share and enjoy!
