Ilocano fish in coconut cream with vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Galunggong or tilapia, whole
  • 1.5 cup Coconut cream
  • 1 cup Squash (kalabasa)
  • 0.5 cup String beans
  • 5 pcs Okra
  • 2 pcs Tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 inch Ginger, sliced
  • 3 pcs Bird's eye chilies
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce

Instructions

  1. Drop in the ginger and sauté just until they soften.

  2. Add coconut cream and Bring it to a simmer.

  3. Add vegetables and fish sauce. Cook 10 minutes.
