Paksiw na Bangus
Milkfish simmered in sour tamarind and vinegar broth.
Instructions
Mix vinegar, tamarind paste, and water in a pot. Bring it to a simmer.
Drop in tomatoes, onion, garlic, and siling haba.
Gently place milkfish in the broth. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Serve while hot with steamed rice.
