Octopus sa Kamatis

Ingredients

  • 1 large b. octopus (cleaned and sliced)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 piece medium sized tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 large arge onion (diced)
  • 2 clove garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Cooking Procedure:

  2. Heat a pan and pour-in the cooking oil

  3. When the oil is hot enough; saute the garlic, onions, and tomatoes

  4. Put-in the octopus and cook until the natural juices from the octopus comes out (since octopus are already salty, there is no need to add salt)

  5. After the juices starts to boil, simmer for a minute (do not overcook)

  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.

  7. Share and Enjoy!
