Million Dollar Spaghetti
Traditional Filipino million dollar spaghetti recipe
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat cooking oil in a large pan. Sauté the garlic and onions until softened and fragrant.
Add the tomato sauce and a splash of water. Bring to a simmer.
Add the sliced hot dogs and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the sardines, breaking them up gently.
Season with Maggi seasoning cubes and cook for 3 more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cooked spaghetti and toss to combine. Let everything simmer together for 2 minutes.
Drizzle with mayonnaise and stir gently to blend it into the sauce.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot with extra mayonnaise on the side if desired.
