Mango Float
Classic Filipino no-bake mango cake layered with whipped cream and ripe mangoes.
Instructions
Line a 9x13 pan with cracker cookies, pressing down firmly.
Whip heavy cream with sugar, vanilla, and condensed milk until stiff peaks form.
Spread cream layer, then arrange thinly sliced mangoes on top.
Repeat layers: crackers, cream, mangoes. End with mangoes on top.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Slice and serve cold.
