Kinilaw na Tuna

Fresh tuna cured in vinegar, calamansi, and coconut cream.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Tuna, cubed
  • 0.5 cup Vinegar
  • 8 pcs Calamansi juice
  • 1 pcs Onion, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Coconut cream
  • 3 pcs Siling labuyo
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, julienned
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix vinegar, calamansi, ginger, and salt.

  2. Add cubed tuna and marinate for 30 minutes.

  3. Add sliced onion and chilies.

  4. Mix in coconut cream. Serve chilled.
