Kinilaw na Tanguingo

Fresh mahi-mahi cured in tangy vinegar with ginger and coconut cream.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Tanguingo (mahi-mahi), cubed
  • 2 pcs Green mango, grated
  • 0.5 cup Coconut vinegar
  • 6 pcs Calamansi juice
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, julienned
  • 0.25 cup Coconut cream
  • 1 pcs Red onion, sliced
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix vinegar, calamansi juice, ginger, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Add cubed fish and let marinate for 30 minutes.

  3. Add grated mango, coconut cream, and sliced onion.

  4. Toss gently and serve chilled.
