Kilawin na Isda

Filipino ceviche-style cured fish in vinegar and calamansi.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Lapu-lapu (grouper), cubed
  • 0.5 cup Vinegar
  • 8 pcs Calamansi juice
  • 1 pcs Onion, sliced
  • 1 pcs Tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 pcs Siling labuyo
  • 0.25 cup Coconut cream
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, julienned

Instructions

  1. Mix vinegar, calamansi juice, salt, and ginger.

  2. Drop in cubed fish and marinate for 30 minutes.

  3. Toss in sliced onion, tomatoes, and chilies.

  4. Mix in coconut cream. Serve chilled.
