Ingredients

  • 2 cup coconut cream
  • 3 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1.5 cup coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup sweetened jackfruit strips, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix the rice flour, sugar, and coconut milk together in a saucepan. Stir until it's smooth.

  2. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

  3. Move it to a  dish and spread evenly.

  4. Let cool before cutting into serving pieces.
