Grilled pork intestines on skewers. Beloved Filipino street food with vinegar dipping sauce.
Instructions
Clean intestines thoroughly. Boil with garlic and bay leaves for 30 minutes until tender.
Thread onto skewers, 4-5 pieces each. Brush with soy sauce and oil.
Grill over charcoal until charred and crispy, turning frequently.
Serve with vinegar sauce: mix vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, chili flakes.
