Grilled pork intestines on skewers. Beloved Filipino street food with vinegar dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 0.17 kg Pork Intestines cleaned
  • 4 pieces Bamboo Skewers
  • 0.67 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 0.67 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.33 tsp Chili flakes
  • 0.67 tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions

  1. Clean intestines thoroughly. Boil with garlic and bay leaves for 30 minutes until tender.

  2. Thread onto skewers, 4-5 pieces each. Brush with soy sauce and oil.

  3. Grill over charcoal until charred and crispy, turning frequently.

  4. Serve with vinegar sauce: mix vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, chili flakes.
