Halabos na Hipon
Halabos na Hipon — fresh seafood prepared Filipino-style with garlic, vinegar, and calamansi. Briny, savory, and deeply flavorful.
Instructions
Heat a wide pan or wok.
Once the pot is hot, put-in the shrimp. Gently toss every few seconds.
Fold in the salt. Continue to toss for 1 minute.
Pour-in the lemon soda; stir and continue to cook until the liquid evaporates.
Transfer to a serving plate.
Serve.
