Ginisang Sitaw with Bell Pepper
Traditional Filipino ginisang sitaw with bell pepper recipe
Instructions
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onions until softened and fragrant.
Add the pork slices and cook until browned on the edges.
Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes until they soften.
Trim the ends off the sitaw and cut into 2-inch pieces.
Add the sitaw and a splash of water. Cover and cook for 3–4 minutes until the sitaw is tender-crisp.
Add the sliced bell peppers and toss for 1 more minute until they just soften but retain their color.
Season with salt and fish sauce to taste. Serve hot with rice.
