Ginisang Corned Beef

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 large potato, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 can chunky-style corned beef
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0 salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Get a skillet on medium heat and warm up about 2 tablespoons of oil.

  2. Add potatoes and Cook it until it gets lightly browned.

  3. Add onions and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened.

  4. Add corned beef and water and Bring it to a boil. breaking meat into smaller pieces.

  5. Cover, lower heat and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve while hot.
