Ginataang Kalabasa, Sitaw at Hipon
Ginataang Kalabasa, Sitaw at Hipon is a Filipino vegetable stew made with kabocha squash, shrimp, and long beans cooked in coconut milk. It's creamy, spicy, and delicious with steamed rice!
Instructions
Warm oil in a pot and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add the main ingredients and cook briefly.
Pour the coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Do not let it boil violently.
Add salt, fish sauce, or shrimp paste to taste.
Simmer until the ingredients are cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly.
