Ginataang Hipon

Shrimp in rich coconut cream with vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 300 g Shrimp, peeled
  • 1.5 cup Coconut cream
  • 1 cup Squash (kalabasa)
  • 0.5 cup String beans
  • 3 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 1 pcs Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Drop in the garlic and sauté just until they soften.

  2. Add coconut cream and squash. Simmer 10 minutes.

  3. Mix in string beans and shrimp. Cook 5 minutes.

  4. Add fish sauce. Serve with rice.
