Flan Napolitano

Classic Spanish custard with deep caramel, Filipino style.

Prep: 20 min Cook: 60 min

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 2 pcs Egg yolks
  • 0.25 cup Condensed milk
  • 0.25 cup Evaporated milk
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 0.12 cup Water
  • 0.12 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Make caramel from sugar and water. Line the bottom of molds.

  2. Beat eggs, yolks, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, and salt.

  3. Pour into molds. Bake in water bath at 150C for 50 minutes.

  4. Chill for 4 hours. Unmold onto plates.
