Flan Napolitano
Classic Spanish custard with deep caramel, Filipino style.
Instructions
Make caramel from sugar and water. Line the bottom of molds.
Beat eggs, yolks, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, and salt.
Pour into molds. Bake in water bath at 150C for 50 minutes.
Chill for 4 hours. Unmold onto plates.
