Fish Ball with Saba

Fried fish balls with banana and spicy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 20 pcs Fish balls
  • 4 pcs Saba bananas
  • 0.5 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 pcs Siling labuyo
  • 10 pcs Bamboo skewers

Instructions

  1. Thread fish balls and banana slices alternately on skewers.

  2. Pan-fry or grill for 5 minutes until fish balls are crispy.

  3. Mix sweet chili sauce, vinegar, and siling labuyo for dipping sauce.

  4. Serve while hot.
