Easy Seared Scallops

Ingredients

  • 1 large b. sea scallops
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 0 Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the scallops. Gently rub the seasoning and let it stay for 5 minutes.

  2. Melt the butter in a pan and then add the olive oil.

  3. When the butter and oil mixture becomes hot, sear each side of the scallops until both sides are golden to dark brown.

  4. Serve as an appetizer.
