Daing na Bangus with Rice

Crispy salted milkfish served with garlic rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Salted dried bangus
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 4 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 pcs Calamansi
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 pcs Siling haba

Instructions

  1. Soak dried bangus for 10 minutes. Pat them dry.

  2. Pan-fry or grill until crispy, about 8 minutes per side.

  3. Cook rice and toss with minced garlic.

  4. Serve bangus with garlic rice and soy-calamansi-vinegar sauce.
