Crispy Fish Skin

Crispy fried fish skin with spicy dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Fish skin
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 pcs Siling labuyo
  • 4 pcs Calamansi

Instructions

  1. Clean and dry fish skin. Add salt.

  2. Deep-fry at 170C for 10 minutes until crispy.

  3. Drain on paper towels.

  4. Serve with vinegar-siling labuyo-calamansi dipping sauce.
