Tuna Pasta Alfredo

Tuna Pasta Alfredo — fresh seafood prepared Filipino-style with garlic, vinegar, and calamansi. Briny, savory, and deeply flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 large b. linguine (cooked)
  • 1.25 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1.25 cup fresh milk
  • 6 oz. tuna in can
  • 1.25 cup butter
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • 1.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic. Cook while stirring until garlic starts to brown.

  2. Add all-purpose cream. Cook for 30 seconds.

  3. Pour-in fresh milk. Stir. Let boil.

  4. Add tuna. Cook for 1 minute.

  5. Put the Parmesan cheese into the pan. Cook for 30 to 40 seconds.

  6. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.

  7. Add the cooked linguine. Toss until pasta is coated with sauce. Add chopped parsley if desired.

  8. Transfer to a pasta bowl. Serve.
