Chop Suey
Traditional Filipino chop suey
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
Push the pork to one side. Add the sliced carrots and cook for 2 minutes, then add the cabbage and onions.
Pour in the oyster sauce and a splash of water. Stir-fry everything together for 2–3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add the bean sprouts last — just toss them in and cook for 30 seconds so they stay crunchy. Serve hot as a vegetable side.
