Chili Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 large bs. shrimp (cleaned)
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1.5 cup banana ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp sherry cooking wine
  • 0 Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1.25 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan.

  2. Once the butter melts, continue to heat until hot.

  3. Add the garlic. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until light brown.

  4. Put-in the shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Pour-in the sherry. Continue to cook until the liquid completely evaporates.

  6. Add ketchup and Sriracha sauce. Continue to stir fry for 1 minute.

  7. Put-in the green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
