Chicharon Manok

Extra crispy fried chicken skin.

Ingredients

  • 300 g Chicken skin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 pcs Calamansi

Instructions

  1. Clean chicken skin and Season it with salt, garlic, and pepper.

  2. Boil for 5 minutes, drain, and Pat them dry.

  3. Deep-fry at 160C for 15 minutes until puffy and crispy.

  4. Serve with soy-vinegar-calamansi dipping sauce.
