Cassava Cake

Dense and chewy cassava cake with custard and coconut.

Ingredients

  • 166.67 g Cassava, grated
  • 0.5 cup Coconut milk
  • 0.17 cup Condensed milk
  • 1 pcs Eggs
  • 0.17 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 0.17 cup Grated coconut
  • 0.17 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix grated cassava with coconut milk, condensed milk, eggs, sugar, butter, and baking powder.

  2. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Top with grated coconut.

  3. Bake at 180C for 45 minutes until golden on top.

  4. Let it cool down completely before cutting.
