Burdol

Brown rice cake with stringy coconut topping.

Ingredients

  • 0.8 cup Rice flour
  • 0.2 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.4 cup Coconut milk
  • 0.4 pcs Egg
  • 0.4 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.2 cup Latik (coconut curds)
  • 0.1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix rice flour, brown sugar, coconut milk, egg, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Pour into greased steaming tray. Top with latik.

  3. Steam for 25 minutes until firm.

  4. Cut into diamond shapes and serve.
