Breakfast T-Bone Steak with Fried Eggs

Breakfast T-Bone Steak with Fried Eggs — a delicious beef dish prepared with traditional Filipino flavors.

Ingredients

  • 340.2 g (12 oz) T-bone steak
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.12 tsp ground black pepper
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 2 fried eggs

Instructions

  1. Rub salt all over the steak. Let it stay for 15 minutes.

  2. Melt butter in a pan. Add olive oil.

  3. Gently pound the garlic until it cracks and then put it into the pan. Do not remove the skin. Note: this will give the steak a garlicky taste.

  4. Put the T-bone steak into the pan. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes between low to medium heat.

  5. Turn the steak over to cook the opposite side. Continue to cook for 3 minutes. You can also scoop some butter using a spoon and pour it on top of the steak while frying.

  6. Arrange on a serving plate. Season with ground black pepper

  7. Serve with fried eggs.
