Breakfast Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb. deli corned beef (sliced)
  • 8 slice soft rye bread
  • 8 slice American cheese
  • 4 sunny side up fried eggs
  • 1.5 cup Hollandaise sauce
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices in a n oven or bread toaster.

  2. Spread some Hollandaise sauce over a toasted bread slice.

  3. Arrange the American cheese slices on each bread slice over the sauce.

  4. Start to put-in the corned beef sliced on top of the cheese and top with Sauerkraut.

  5. Add one fried egg on top. You can pour more Hollandaise sauce on top of the egg.

  6. Top the egg with another toasted bread slice.

  7. Serve. Share and enjoy!
