Bagoong Alamang

Fermented shrimp paste, a Filipino condiment.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shrimp paste (bagoong alamang)
  • 4 pcs Garlic, minced
  • 1 pcs Onion, minced
  • 1 pcs Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic, onion until they soften and smell nice.

  2. Add tomatoes and Cook it until soft.

  3. Add bagoong and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Add vinegar. Stir and serve with rice.
