Avocado Ice Cream

Avocado Ice Cream is creamy, delicious and the perfect treat for hot summer days. It's so easy to make with no ice cream maker needed!

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Blend the young coconut meat with the coconut water and sugar until it's smooth.

  2. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture, or serve with the natural pulp.

  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

  4. Drizzle over ice and Best served right away for the freshest taste.
